Experiential workshops

What happens in a workshop?

It isn't a lecture: it's an experience. We start from one stage of Nefino's journey, work in a small group, and leave with something you feel, not just something you know.

The audience during a meeting

Three questions, three answers

What do I do?

Guided exercises, moments of listening to the body, and sharing. At least two hours, at an unhurried pace.

Who is it for?

For anyone who keeps repeating the same reactions. And for psychologists, counsellors and coaches who want one more tool.

What do I take home?

The exact point to work on: the space, however small, between what happens to you and what you do.

A taste

A one-minute exercise

Bring your attention to your body's contact with the chair. Recall a recent moment when you reacted quickly. Notice, without judging, whether there was a space between the stimulus and your reaction.

If you can't find one, you haven't done it wrong: you've found where the work begins.
